Terms of Use

Last updated 25 September 2026 · Version 1

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who signs in to the Wannon Digital Portal at wannon.app (the "Portal"). The Portal is provided by Wannon Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 45 123 456 789) of Warrnambool, Victoria ("Wannon Digital", "we", "us").

Your organisation's subscription is covered separately by the Subscriber Agreement. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account
•
Your account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account.
•
Keep your password secure and use two-factor authentication where your organisation requires it.
•
Keep your details accurate and up to date.
•
Tell your organisation's administrator, or email us, straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
2. Your organisation

You use the Portal on behalf of an organisation. That organisation's administrators decide what you can access, can see and manage the information you add to their workspaces, and can remove your access at any time. Business records you create in an organisation's workspace (such as rosters, tasks, documents and incident reports) belong to that organisation.

3. Using the Portal properly

You must not:

•
use the Portal for anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive;
•
try to access information, organisations or accounts you have not been given access to;
•
try to break, overload, probe or bypass the Portal's security or usage limits;
•
copy data out of the Portal with automated tools except through the features and integrations we provide;
•
upload malicious software, or content you do not have the right to share.
4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you add. You keep any rights you have in it, and you allow us to store, process and display it as needed to run the Portal for you and your organisation.

5. The AI Assistant
•
AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
•
The assistant can only see and do what your own account can. Changes it proposes to your data are only made after you approve them, and you are responsible for what you approve.
•
To answer you, your messages and the information the assistant reads are sent to the AI model providers we use. Documents marked Confidential or Restricted are only shared with models your administrator has approved for that level.
•
Do not use the assistant to make decisions that need professional advice, such as medical, legal or financial decisions.
6. Availability and changes to the Portal

We work to keep the Portal available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We improve the Portal regularly, which can mean adding, changing or removing features.

7. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your organisation's subscription ends, or if we need to protect the Portal, other users or the law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first.

8. Our intellectual property

The Portal, its software and its design belong to Wannon Digital. These terms do not give you any rights in them other than to use the Portal as intended.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page show which version is current. If we make an important change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
